The mission is to support creative self-expression through all art forms: The Visual Arts, Music, Drama, Creative Movement, Poetry & Writing, Film, and provide a supportive environment for learning and growing through the arts both individually and as a community.
Community members of all ages can participate and enjoy classes,
workshops, performances, exhibits and special events.

We support the understanding that creativity is a vital human trait that significantly contributes to learning, growing and thriving at all stages of life. We provide a supportive and nurturing space for exploring the arts, and create opportunities for practicing skills, exploring interests and learning new techniques and modes of self-expression.  

We place value on the creative process as a tool for exploring divergent thinking skills and for building personal strengths and creative potentials. With a balance between facilitated guidance, teaching/demonstration, and freedom to explore and create, our studio workshop format contributes to the development of the individual on many levels.

Within this framework, the art experience can help increase self awareness and self-esteem, and foster positive collaborative experiences between peers and the community. With consideration for diverse learning styles and individual needs, the art studio becomes a laboratory for self discovery and inspired learning.
